For the Rotating Tower project, the priority was to optimize the tower following some specific conditions and using the Galapagos component in Grasshopper. The first condition for optimization was to have a maximum occupancy of 75% of the site, secondly the building should be higher than the highest existing building but lower than twice the size, and finally to maximize sun exposure by rotating the building.
