Urban Wind Towers Cosmogramme is developed for Master Thesis Development in MAA02 under Research and Methods.

Cosmogramme is developed from the stand point of Context and Problem which are the focus of the thesis development and how the workflow has developed to achieve the desired conclusion of the project.

Starting from the key objectives of the Project which centers around Global warming, Urbanization and Dense housing, three design features have to designed. namely terracotta bricks, Wind towers and overall building design.

The project starts which focus of theoretical  research i.e. ground work which leads into development of the overall workflow

The workflow for the development of the Thesis is divided into 5 forms of development which are interlinked.

  1. Computation
  2. Simulation
  3. Fabrication
  4. Machine Learning
  5. Physical Computing.

Computation

Computation part is broken down into Form-finding objectives and possible workflow and use of specific tools

Physical Computing

 

Physical Computing consists of workflow of developing an experimental setup and working prototype

Machine Learning

Machine Learning sector comprises of workflow of algorithm development required for form finding of the system.

Fabrication

Fabrication section comprises of fabrication techniques considered viable for development of prototypes.
