RECURSIVE GROWTH  | CORAL SWARM |

The concept of this exercise is to explore the behavioral and ornamental characteristics of the coral reefs that simultaneously grow in clusters. The coral structures resemble the concepts of branching and twisting and are often one of the most relevant examples of swarm behavior. In this case, the swarm notion refers to the collective behavior showcased by the living entities and their ability to aggregate and accumulate en masse. Swarming is often seen in architecture especially in the case of developing complex structural designs and new mathematical methods of mimicking the performance of the natural ecosystem.
