Brief

The aim of this assignment is to investigate applications and implications of
looping and recursive strategies to reframe the generation of architectural spaces.

This case study shows how an architectural installation applying recursive systems
‘takes over’ a part of the Mies van der Rohe pavilion. Chosen for this assignment,
nature will take over the pool of the pavilion by a growing magnetic circle that is
seen as an natural growing algae installation of the future. On the right side the
Mies van der Rohe pavilion is shown.
