The time is coming for conscious consumption, inevitably attracted by the need to regulate the ecological situation of the planet as a whole and certain deplorable regions in particular. This work aims to confront society with the need to rethink the existing industrial centres that were “out of work” on the way to the fourth industrial revolution.

Heavy industry once feeding the cities founded by her has become unprofitable, but the natural and material resources invested in her organization cannot be ignored. Moreover, the impossibility of securing jobs forces the human masses to move to cities with a wider choice of professions, which entails overpopulation, anxious psychological state of the population and environmental collapse. And this is just the tip of the iceberg.

Mono-industrial cities are embracing problems but here are the most important which lead to the outflow of all types of capital including investments and population.

We propose a methodological guide for the re-education of cities, including new libraries of professions as well as theoretical measures for conservation of the disobedient ones.
