The project task was to develop an understanding of structural relationships inspired by the “structural relationships” embedded in two geometry’s / grids.

A precedent was chosen to study the correlation of its structural relationship with its context. The Squaire Metro project in Skylink by Bollinger + Grohmann in Frankfurt Airport by was given. The relationships within the structural system were speculated based on our previous experience and knowledge of structural design.

From the analysis, we then deduced a number of parameters and relationships of the structure.
