The challenge of urban food system is recent widely discussion. Many organization and government concern about food security programs devote key attention to complex interactions between policy interventions and business innovation for improving nutrition outcomes.

The problem is the difficulty of understanding food system performance and analysis of food systems dynamics has profound implications for the design and organization of research and innovation processes. So the project purpose is experiment the methods of urban food analysis
