“ Beirut’s urban planning has repeatedly been described as an Organized Chaos. Mainly characterized by its peculiarity & inconsistency, it left traces of anomalies in the urban fabric such as leftover (residual) spaces & consequently subjecting it to segregation and disconnections. This strongly impacts the socio-political & economical balance of the city.
