The Barcelona Digital Plan, co-created with the city’s innovation ecosystem for re- thinking the smart city, aims to transcend its merely technological objectives, to rethink a smart city that serve its citizens.

The first thing that Barcelona make an action that digital infrastructure and the city becomes one of the largest networks of free internet in Europe.
