1/4 of cities are made of informal settlments, the principl characteristics of these include the lack of tencancy by its inhabitants, difficullt access to public srervices and transportation nodes, and degradation of local ecology.



The strategies include are far away urban sprawl affordable housing

We need affordable housing close to cities but the mimimum requirement for life quality.

Density allowance should be in function of private investment of urban fabric, instead of high fees and corruption, private investment of public goods should be rewarded as a tradable allowance asset which price is determined by free market.


The target customer are firms that construction firm that build medium and affordable housing in cities.


Funding is in proportion of the marketing of new development, creation of the plataform, and operative costs which include  transparency of data and fullfillment of the regulatory process.
