A digital urban design platform for inclusive housing

The digital tool of dwell helps city planners evaluate action plans and strategic locations to intervene and develop affordable housing to have a maximum impact over the issue of the housing crisis in Barcelona.

Future development

Population movements in the Barcelona metropolitan area, identifying vulnerable areas outside the municipal sphere and locating spaces threatened by gentrification processes are circumstances that have been highlighted in the course of the diagnostic process carried out in Barcelona.

This shows the need for action tools that have to be coordinated from a metropolitan perspective.
