Confluence Park is a self sufficient structure located in south Texas. Visitors are able to understand the park through observation and interaction. The idea of the park stems from its inhabited ecology: the river near its junction and its byproduct of fauna.

The pavilion is constructed of concrete petals and is formed in a geometrical pattern. The base connects to the rim forming a funnel-like geometry allowing water to be collected in its catchment system.
