IAAC Global Summer School Hits A New Record With 140 Students Worldwide

The 10th edition of IAAC Global Summer School has been a great success! More than 140 students distributed in several nodes worldwide such as Moscow, Barcelona, Tehran, Beirut, Monterrey and Beijing have had the opportunity to learn more about advanced urban technologies and space dynamics as essential means for city change.

During the two-week course, students could define strategies for the applications of advanced urban technologies for space dynamics in urban habitats.

GSS17 students have been exposed to a unique environment of applied research by working in collaboration with experts from the industry, including Santa & Cole, an urban element design and production company as well as InAtlas, an expert company on urban analytics.

The six nodes enjoyed two weeks of seminars, workshops and an intense team work with outstanding final presentations. Nevertheless, the GSS17 has not finished yet, since the programme it still ongoing in the Muscat (Oman) node, until the 27th of July.
