earth2tech.com Elaborates on my last blog entry

“Be An Eco-Blogger for A Day” the latest entry on earth2tech.com touches on and elaborates on yesterday’s entry of emerging technology shaping our lives. Of course being an eco-based blog it’s spin is more towards an environmental agenda instead of based on a view of emergent culture, but it offers an interesting insight.

To elaborate more on yesterday’s post of the accesibility of any and all types of information, or the occurence of information overload; the incidences of more and more information being presented to us, resulting in knowing very little about many subjects as opposed to a certain expertise of a few subjects. This in turn lends itself towards new directions of culture (environmental, technological, or otherwise). So is information overload a good thing or a bad thing? Like anything it has debatable pros and cons, but I believe it most definitely changes the way we think about the world around us.
